The Hot Damn! would be a very different band without Josie. Yes, she plays drums for the band but that's not where her role ends. Josie, is the reason that The Hot Damn!'s wheels turn at light speed everyday. ⚡️ Her relentless drive and 24/7 work ethic is never ending. She is the reason we have ever changing merch and when stocks run low, chances are she's already foreseen that and the next batch is on its way. 📦 She books our hotels and makes sure our logistical nightmares are sorted. 🚐💨 She is the queen of networking and does it genuinely and effortlessly. 🗣 The band would be in a very different place without her individual quality to connect with everybody she meets. Need a budget? Plan? Profit margin? Schedule? Josie's probably got a spreadsheet for that too. 👩🏻💻🤣 Honestly, the band would suffer tremendously without her and we appreciate everything she has done for us.
Thank you for all your hard work Josie! Thank you for bringing snacks when we're hangry, deal with hotel check-ins when we're tired, allow us to use your home as a base when we need to and most importantly for being a bloody solid band mate and friend. We love ya gal! 💙🧡💗
